Presented jointly by Houston Center for Contemporary Craft and R & Company, "Pigeon Crib: Houston Edition" marks celebrated ceramic artist Roberto Lugo’s first solo exhibition in Texas. Central to the show is Lugo’s reimagining of the iconic 19th-century Peacock Room, a gilded porzellanzimmer (porcelain room) created to display the treasured ceramic collection of British shipping magnate Frederick Richards Leyland.
