Fine Art Appraisal Services
Kinzelman Art Consulting offers fine art appraisal services for the purposes of insurance scheduling, charitable donations, estate planning, equitable distribution, probate/estate tax, consultation for sale and damage/loss claims. Our appraisers are members of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), and the Appraisers Association of America (AAA), the two oldest appraisal organizations and accrediting bodies in the United States. Our appraisals are written in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
Art appraisals are an intrinsic aspect of owning art and protecting your investment. Current market conditions can affect the value of art therefore collectors should have an appraisal completed every three to five years.
What is a Fine Art Appraisal?
A fine art appraisal is a comprehensive report that extensively documents your work of art and provides an opinion of value at a given point in time based upon the intended use of the report. Kinzelman Art appraisers follow professional standards designed to promote an accurate, objective opinion of value by way of thorough research of an artist’s market. All appraisals are confidential and information is kept safe and secure. We appraise personal property such as painting, sculpture, works on paper or photographs for private individuals and corporations.
